My washing machine stopped spinning and rinsing. We called Southborough Appliance based on the reviews. Jim called us back the same day and said he would be out the next day. The next day he arrived and fixed my machine and told me I should expect at least five more years of service from the repair. Jim is very professional and friendly. My LG Washing machine decided to stop spinning today. I phoned Jim Moore at Southborough Appliance and he came out this afternoon. Ssame day! Now that's service! He diagnosed and fixed my machine and it now runs better than when it was new. He is a perfect gentleman, very professional, had the parts I needed and got my machine back up and running. I recommend Southborough Aplliance to anyone that needs an appliance repair. Thank you Jim for an excellent job. I am one happy customer that can't wait to do more laundry!

Within an hour of the moment that I considered calling a repairman, I had a repaired dryer. That's how quick the service was from Southborough Appliance. Jim even came in on his week off to help me out. He identified the problem and told me I needed a heater replaced. I assumed he would have to come back another day to replace it, but, he had the correct part right there in his truck and was able to take care of it immediately. This contractor is fast, efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend!
